Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Accord with the diagnostic standard of western medicine; 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes, it belongs to the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney and the syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis; 3. Willing to participate in the investigation, good compliance of patients; 4. Those who take drugs for a long time should stop using the drugs for 1 week before they can be included in the observation; 5. The imaging findings of knee joint were in accordance with radiologic criteria; 6. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complications affecting the joint, such as psoriasis, neuropathy, brown-yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc. 2. Combined with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and gout; 3. Those with deformity, disability and incapacity to work in the late stage; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. NSAIDs or Glucocorticoid were used within 1 week before treatment; 6. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, endocrine and hematopoietic diseases and psychosis. Only one of the above six should be excluded.
