Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy children aged 3 to 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: abnormal upper gastrointestinal anatomy including hiatus hernia,gastroesophageal reflux and gastric tumors, recent upper gastrointestinal bleed (within 1 month), use of medication affecting gastric motility, previous lower esophageal or gastric surgery, clinically significant kidney or liver disease,BMI>35 kg/m2, parental refusal.
