Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. female and male participants aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, chronic cardiac failure Class II-III, and healthy people; 3. Those who can understand and are willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute myocardial infarction (within 2 days successful revascularization after PCI or thrombolysis of the test), unstable angina, cardiac function Class IV with symptoms or hemodynamic disorders, uncontrolled arrhythmia, Degree III atrioventricular block, severe symptomatic aortic valve or mitral stenosis, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, severe pulmonary arterial hypertension, resting systolic pressure>200mmHg or resting diastolic pressure >110mmHg, acute myocarditis, pericarditis, thrombophlebitis, systemic circulation or pulmonary embolism, acute non-cardiogenic diseases, such as infection, renal failure, hyperthyroidism, motor system dysfunction (influencing testing).
