Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Live births with birth weight <1500g

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) babies born outside the obstetrics department of our hospital; (2) was born in the obstetrics department of our hospital, but the family members asked to give up treatment; (3) serious skin damage and severe congenital malformations, such as abdominal bifida, spina bifida, omphalocele, etc.; (4) the pregnant mother had a history of fever before birth.
