Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients with clinically confirmed postoperative acute rejection after kidney transplantation, the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis refer to the 2016 international guidelines for the management of Sepsis and septic shock, namely Sepsis 3.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No blood samples were obtained within 24 hours of diagnosis, previous history of severe liver disease, age less than 18 years old, over 70 years old, autoimmune disease, lack of clinical data or incomplete study, reluctance to sign a consent form to participate in the study, etc.
