Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The case group accorded with the diagnostic criteria in the 2016 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Optic Neuromyelitis Pedigree Diseases; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years old; 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. GCS 100 times/min, hemoglobin below 70 g/, accompanied by vertigo, thirst, fewer urine, etc.); diarrhea water samples more than 6 times a day; 4. Patients have participated in other clinical trials in the past three months; 5. Not cooperating with the observer; 6. Psychiatric patients; 7. Researchers believe that other diseases associated with patients may interfere with correct neurological assessment, or that participation in this trial may lead to other complications.
