Case series:Increase the dose of imatinib

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A: 1) The tumors are huge (>= 10 cm) and need to undergo multi-organ resection or radiological findings suggesting that the lesions are located at the gastroesophageal junction, and proximal gastrectomy or total gastrectomy is necessary; 2) The tumors located in the duodenum require combined pancreatoduodenectomy; 3) The tumors located in the rectum require combined abdominal and perineal resection. B: All patients receiving preoperative targeted therapy underwent percutaneous ultrasound or CT-guided puncture biopsy or gastrointestinal endoscopy biopsy before treatment. All patients were diagnosed as GIST by immunohistochemical pathology in the Department of Pathology, West China Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a history of imatinib before treatment; 2. Complication with other malignant tumors.
