Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the clinical diagnosis of type II to IV inguinal hernia or femoral hernia; (2) aged 18 ~ 80 years old, gender is not limited; (3) voluntary subjects (patients or family members signed informed consent).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) inguinal incarcerated hernia, type I hernia patients; (2) patients with serious heart and lung diseases; (3) have chronic kidney disease, renal insufficiency; (4) have a clear liver disease, liver function is not complete; (5) have a history of allergy to a variety of drugs or a recent allergic disease, has been used within 4 weeks Drugs that are known to cause damage to major organs; (6) Participated in other clinical researchers within 3 months; (7) special allergic constitution, especially sensitive to chemical synthetic materials; (8) has mental illness; (9) in patients with severe disease (severe prostatic hyperplasia,Constipation or chronic cough;Liver cirrhosis or tumor caused by uncontrollable ascites, etc.); (10) surgical contraindications, surgical region with infection or bacteremia.
