Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The primiparaes of American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical status I or II; term delivery; single live delivery cervical dilation 2-5cm; voluntarily request Epidural labor analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The contraindication of intraspinal anesthesia; 2. using sedatives and analgesics; 3. unable to understor to express VAS pain scores correctly; 4. complications during pregnancy; 5. Fetal distress.
