Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 3-10 years old children admitted for adenoid and tonsil surgery, ASA I-II; 2. normal ECG and chest radiography and laboratory examination; 3. Parents with junior high school education or above can understand the content of the questionnaire and agree with the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular system, urinary system, sports system and other diseases, as well as visual or hearing problems, are considered unfit for this study; 2. Parents do not agree with this survey or cannot understand the scale content;The children are left-behind children in rural areas; 3. With previous surgical history, neurological and cognitive dysfunction; 4. Participated in other clinical trials.
