Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus or healthy people

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with age less than 20 years old; cardiac function (NYHA classification) > grade II; cirrhosis; chronic lung disease; cerebral infarction; other kidney diseases; with diabetic ketoacidosis or other acute complications; in pregnancy or lactation.
