Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: More than 60 patients failed to receive PR regimen (including non-response and recurrence) in the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" major infectious disease hepatitis C special project "Study on the clinical outcome of viral hepatitis C and the mechanism and treatment optimization of refractory viral hepatitis C". In accordance with the CHC diagnostic criteria established in the 2004 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hepatitis C; in the compensatory period of liver function; for high viral load (HCV RNA (> 4x105IU/ml) or genotype 1b; without other types of viral hepatitis or HIV infection; non-pregnancy, lactation and other systemic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cirrhosis of liver; 2. diagnosis or suspected hepatocellular carcinoma; 3. allergic history of IFN, RBV or other components; 4. acute and chronic liver damage caused by other hepatitis viruses (HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV) infection or other causes; 5. alcoholism or drug addicts; 6. autoimmune liver disease, malignant tumors and contraindications of IFN (such as severe cardiopulmonary disease, renal insufficiency, uncontrollable). Asthma or diabetes, unstable thyroid or other serious endocrine diseases, uncontrollable epilepsy, severe mental illness, active pulmonary tuberculosis, psoriasis, etc.
