Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with normal communication skills; 2. patients without significant organ and system disease; 3. patients have given their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients have history of certain drug abuse; 2. allergic to the drugs and their components used in the study; 3. patients with abnormal pain sensitivity; 4. participants in other clinical experiments.
