LOP group:Pneumatic pressure of tourniquet was set based on patient's LOP
Control group:The pneumatic pressure of the tourniquet was set as 250-300mmhg according to the experience

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) unilateral knee osteoarthritis: according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (Chinese bone science society, 2007 edition), the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (ICD-10 M17.901); 2) normal range of preoperative hemoglobin (Hb), normal coagulation function and renal function; 3) color doppler ultrasound of deep veins in both lower limbs was normal; 4) normal limb muscle strength and limb sensation; 5) primary total knee arthroplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) anemia; 2) abnormal coagulation function; 3) angina pectoris, history of myocardial infarction, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4) previous neuromuscular disease; 5) mental illness cannot cooperate with functional exercise and follow up; 6) inflammatory arthropathy; 7) revision surgery of knee joint; 8) those who have done physical training or fitness exercises for more than 1h within one week before enrollment.
