Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke within three months after the first onset (it refers to the ischemic necrosis or softening of local brain tissue caused by cerebral blood circulation disorder, ischemia and hypoxia for the first time); (2) aged 18-65 years old, male or female; (3) sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) before the onset of stroke, there was a clear cognitive impairment; (2) participated in any clinical research related to cognitive dysfunction within 2 months before enrollment; (3) those with hearing, vision, language and consciousness disorders that cannot be tested by the scale; (4) patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, dementia or other neurodegenerative diseases; (5) patients with thyroid gland related diseases; (6) malnutrition to cachexia; (7) coma after stroke; (8) patients with posterior circulation infarction or other infarcts that can directly damage the hippocampus; (9) patients with emotional disorder after stroke; (10) the patient may be unable to complete this study due to his/her reasons, or the investigator may consider that the patient is not suitable for this study.
