Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years male and female; 2. Liver solid tumor, with clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma; 3. Located in segment I, IVa, VII, VIII; 4. The tumor location and size do not affect the dissection of hepatic hilar region; 5. Single tumor or less than 3 tumors located in indicated segments; 6. Tumor size less than 10cm; 7. Without portal vein tumor thrombus; 8. Without intrahepatic or distant metastasis; 9. Normal indocyanine green retention rate at 15min; 10. Adequate liver remnant; 11. Radical hepatectomy according to Chinese Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer (2017 Edition); 12. Willingness to participate in the study; 13. Able to understand the nature of the study and what will be required of them; 14. Body mass index of between 18 and 35; 15. Child-Pugh classification of A to B; 16. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading of I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unrestectable liver cancer; 2. Preoperative treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma; 3. Active hepatitis; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Unwillingness to participate; 6. Inability to give written informed consent; 7. Child-Pugh classification of C; 8. ASA grading of IV to V; 9. Tumor invasion of the inferior vena cava or confluence part of hepatic vein; 10. Decompensated liver cirrhosis; 11. Recurred hepatocellular carcinoma.
