Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pathologic al examination or clinical judgment of resection or possible resection; 2. It meets the indications of resection of pancreatic somatococcygeal carcinoma by robot; 3. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; 4. No other malignant tumors were complicated or secondary; 5. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging examination or intraoperative exploration revealed distant metastasis and abandonment of surgery; 2. Preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. Patients with major complications who cannot tolerate surgery.
