Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 26-39 years digonosed moderate and severe intrauterine adhesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients without fertility desire; 2. suffering from other systemic diseases and other contradictions to or other causes of infertility, such as fallopian tubal blockage; 3. patients who had undergone other surgical methods instead of hysteroscopic scissors or HBCD; 4. patients who hadnt taken a second hysteroscopy within the specific time frame; 5. patients who hadnt taken or had adjusted postoperative treatment with oestrogen therapy of 2 mg the day after the surgery for 21 days/cycle for 2 cycles; 6. patients with incomplete clinical details, without data of preoperative endometrial thickness, proceeding treatment, pregnancy and delivery and so on.
