Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years male and female; 2. The preoperative pathological evidence for colorectal cancer diagnosis; 3. comply with the diagnosis and treatment; 4. According to the requirements accept the follow-up visit and abservation; 5. Patient who could understand the test purpose, and voluntarily signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The application of hormone durgs or immunosuppressor for therapy; 2. Ever had or merge with other malignant tumor; 3. has a history of severe allergic or allergic constitution; 4. The subjects are not willing to abide by the follow-up research plan; 5. Poor cognitive ability or mental disorder; 6. The researchers think the other reasons that need to be ruled out.
