Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1 or 2, aged 18-60 years; 2. Have complete clinical data; 3. Obtain informed consent of patient or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body weight out of 10 ~ 40kg; 2. Airway abnormalities, upper respiratory tract infection, bronchial asthma, allergic to dexmedetomidine, arrhythmias, congenital heart disease, mental disorders, autism or other disorders of psychological development history
