Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary hemifacial spasm; 2. Patients with no surgical contraindication who are scheduled to undergo microvascular decompression of the facial nerve under general anesthesia; 3. Aged 25-60 years, body mess index 18-30, ASA I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor patient compliance 2. Recurrence of primary hemifacial spasm after operation 3. Pregnant or lactating woman 4. A person with a well-defined diagnosis of a severe mental disorder, such as schizophrenia, manic-depressive disorder, etc. 5. Previous history of head trauma; 6. Allergy to butorphanol and its components; 7. Patients with a history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 8. Severe hepatic insufficiency or renal insufficiency before randomization; 9. Previous severe hypertension patients; 10. Patients with previous history of cerebral infarction and myocardial infarction.
