18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-60 years old; 2) ASA 1-3; 3) elective general anesthesia for urinary, lower abdomen, lower limb surgery patients; 4) The patient and his or her legal family have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chest fractures, surgical history, etc. who have difficulty in pulmonary ultrasound; 2) History of upper respiratory tract infection, history of smoking, history of general anesthesia or mechanical ventilation in the first month before surgery; 3) cardiac insufficiency or combined with cardiopulmonary disease; 4) Mallampati classification > Grade II; 5) BMI>30; 6) Patients with high intracranial pressure before surgery and patients with high intraocular pressure.
