Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI = 30kg/m2, fracture patients with unilateral lower extremity surgery under elective lumbar and spinal anesthesia; 2. Aged = 65 years old male and female; 3. ASA rating I ~ III; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease (severe valvular disease, pulmonary artery pressure higher than 25mmhg); 2. There is an abnormal anatomy of the lumbar spine and a history of lumbar surgery; 3. There are contraindications for spinal anesthesia such as coagulation abnormalities (platelets less than 80*109/L, PT values outside of 11s-14s, APTT outside 25s-37s), puncture site infections, etc.; 4. Patients with intracranial hypertension; 5. Abnormal mental state cannot cooperate with patients; 6. allergic to local anesthetics, allergic to ultrasound coupling agents.
