18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-60 years old; 2) ASA 1-3; 3) patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for lower abdominal urology, gynecological surgery, and lower extremity surgery; 4) Estimated operation time <2h; 5) Patients and their legal family members have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chest fractures, surgical history, etc. who have difficulty in pulmonary ultrasound; 2) History of upper respiratory tract infection, history of smoking, history of general anesthesia or mechanical ventilation in the first month before surgery; 3) cardiac insufficiency or combined with cardiopulmonary disease; 4) Mallampati classification > Level II; 5) BMI>30; 6) There may be a patient with reflux aspiration.
