18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. In line with the 2018 ACC/AHA/HRS Guideline on the Evaluation and Management of Patients With Bradycardia and Cardiac Condunction Delay and have I/II indications of pacemaker implantation; 3. LVEF > 40%; 4. Location of Current Residence should be relatively stable and could fulfill the requirements of follow-up during the study; 5. The informed consent form must be signed (including the date of signing).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy is less than 3 years; 2. Patients undergoing tricuspid mechanical valve replacement, heart transplantation and who have severe heart valvular disease; 3. Pregnant woman or Women who intended to become pregnant during the study period; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or anemia; 5. The person who had enrolled the clinical studies which may affect the progress of this study.
