65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 - 85 years male and female; 2. BMI 18 - 30K g / m2, right handedness; 3. ASA grade I - II and Malapati grade I - II; 4. education level in junior high school and above; 5. Understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. smoking and drinking history; 2. Mental and neurological diseases; 3. Drug dependence; 4. Communication barriers; 5. Cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular accidents; 6. It is expected that difficult airway may occur; 7. Drug allergy and pregnant and lactating patients; 8. Those who participated in other clinical experiments in recent 3 months; 9. Any pre-operative medication history.
