18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Posterior herpes zoster neuralgia was diagnosed; 2. Aged at least 18 years old with clear mind; 3. Numberic Rating Scales (NRS) > 4; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) ranged from 18.5 to 24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postherpetic neuralgia in head and face; 2. Severe skin lesions or infections exist in pain areas; 3. Severe abnormal coagulation function; 4. Pregnant women, pregnant women and lactating women; 5. Allergic to BoNT-A, gabapentin or lidocaine; 6. Non-PHN pain accompanied by pain that may affect the evaluation of PHN pain; 7. Complicated with severe mental illness, alcohol addiction or drug abusers; 8. Systemic neuromuscular junction diseases (such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome, etc.); 9. Severe scoliosis; 10. Aminoglycoside antibiotics and spectinomycin were used in the past two weeks; 11. Muscle relaxation drugs were used in the past 2 weeks; 12. Researchers cannot be completed for various reasons.
