Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective patients undergoing open pancreatic surgery; ASAI-II; Adult (age=18); Sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Loose teeth, oral damage or bleeding, difficulty in opening the mouth whose tongue microcirculation can not be monitored ; Hb < 90g/L or Hct < 25%; Abnormal coagulation function; Arrhythmia or NYHA =II; Having a second operation within three months; Elderly patients (age =80 years); Refusal to sign the informed consent;
