Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. BMI=40kg/m2 and(or)BMI>35kg/m2 with other internal diseases; 3. ASA grade I to III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within 3 months before surgery; 2. mechanical ventilation within 30 days; 3. combined with fever, hyperthyroidism and metabolic abnormalities; 4. severe heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Hb less than 7g/dl; 6. There are contraindications for lung recruitment (severe uncontrolled hypotension, craniocerebral injury, intracranial hypertension, pneumothorax, bronchospasm, emphysema, pulmonary bullae); 7. participate in other clinical trials and refused to participate in the trial.
