Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thirty patients undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were enrolled in the group: (1) ASA I to II; (2) aged 18 to 60 years old; (3) without major systemic diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood; (4) No drugs affecting the circulatory system or blocking the sympathetic nerves were used within 1 month before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Perioperative HR < 50 beats / min, patients need to be treated with ephedrine.
