Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The randomized selection of patients undergoing surgery includes 80 cases of frozen cancer tissue(20 cases of serous, 22 cases of mucous, 20 cases of endometrioid, and 20 cases of transparent cell carcinoma). 20 cases of ovarian epithelium boundary tumor, 20 cases of epithelial benign tumor and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissue with hysterectomy or bilateral appendage due to uterine myoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With no history of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or other treatment before operation. It does not meet the WHO and UICC standards for histopathological classification, except for clinical staging.
