Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients were post-traumatic infections with a course of more than 1 month; 2. wound cultures were positive for bacterial culture, negative for blood culture, and indicators of inflammation (white blood cell count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and procalcitonin) were examined and reviewed; 3. cases related to the previous study showed that the healing time of chitosan propolis PRP composite for chronic soft tissue infection wounds was (36.1±2.50)d, patients can be discharged after treatment of infection and primary and secondary diseases. Each time the material is changed and the dressing change is carried out in the outpatient dressing room; 4. inform the patient that the whole process of the test treatment, the patients who are willing to receive the test treatment are included in the treatment, and the chitosan propolis PRP composite material in the test is accepted. Preparation and use are free, and the rest of the hospitalization costs are self-sufficient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with tumor, abnormal platelet function, severe anemia, psychosis, blood disease, fibrin synthesis disorder, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, taking immunosuppressive agents, acute infection, osteomyelitis.
