Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged at least 60 years old; 2. informed consent participants who participate in the study and can cooperate; 3. Be conscious; 4. memory decline (complaint or informant provide evidence).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With language communication barriers or can not cooperate with the questionnaire; 2. serious physical diseases or mental disorders; 3. hearing and visual impairment, and visual impairment still can not be improved after correction; 4. MMSE < 10 scores.
