Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Idiopathic Parkinson's disease, H-Y score =2.0, =4.0; 2. MMSE score =24; 3. Do not change the type and dosage of the drug during the study period; 4. Willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of other central nervous system diseases such as stroke and intracranial tumors;or other serious system disease; 2. Other kinds of diseases that may cause gait disorders; 3. MMSE<24; 4. Contraindication for MRI examination.
