Intervention group:Participants need to download and use the physical activity App Keep. Participants take part in weekly exercise rankings and read about physical activities.
Peer education group:The intervention group explained thephysical activity related knowledge to the peer education group, and invited the peer education group to participate in the physical activity.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate students of Peking University; 2. Aged between 18 and 25 year; 3. Fluent communication in Chinese; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and fill in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from various diseases or injuries not suitable for exercise; 2. Plan to leave Beijing or go abroad within six months; 3. Unwilling to cooperate.
