Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 to 50 years; 2. Male patients with severe palmar hyperhidrosis that significantly affects their daily life; 3. Absence of history of thoracic surgery and severe chest wall deformity; 4. No contraindication for anaesthetic procedure with single-lumen endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Plantar, axillary hyperhidrosis without palmar hyperhidrosis; 2. Lung, pleural and heart diseases that could increase surgical risk; 3. Secondary hyperhidrosis including hyperthyroidism, acute and chronic infections, malignancy, and immunologic disorders.
