30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral Hemorrhage or Infarction confirmed by CT/MRI; 2. Fear of falling (FOF, asking participants are you afraid of falling, Responses were classified as yes); 3. Aged 30 to 75 years; 4. Sufficient cognition to follow commands, scored >24 on the Mini-Mental State examination; 5. Stand unaided and walk without assistive device; 6. no experience with tai chi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current participation in any other clinical study or instructor-led exercise program; 2. Suffering from severe hypertension or cardiopulmonary diseases; 3. Accompanied with lower extremity joint or muscle injuries; 4. Vision disorders.
