Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet HZ/PHN diagnostic criteria: in patients with hypersensitivity to pain sensation in the nerve distribution area of trunk cadre, all herpes scabs were formed; (2) visual analogue score (VAS) of local touch-induced pain is greater than or equal to 4 points; (3) duration of illness: 1-3 months; (4) middle-aged and elderly patients between 55 and 75 years old met the inclusion criteria; (5) herpetic neuralgia is mainly distributed in chest, back, waist, abdomen and other trunk cadres, with no local skin damage; (6) all patients received standardized oral medication: gabapentin 0.3-0.9g tid or lerikka 75-225mg bid; Cobalamin tablet 0.5mg tid; (7) Normal lung function, liver, kidney, electrolyte function, blood glucose and blood pressure control stable. (8) an informed consent was signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those who do not meet the HZ/PHN diagnostic criteria; (2) patients without touch-induced pain (hypersensitivity to pain sensation); (3) patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases or systemic failure, malignant tumors, mental patients; (4) combined with other potential diseases causing neuralgia, it is not clear that pain is caused by herpes zoster alone; (5) critically ill patients who are difficult to make a correct evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of treatment; (6) With other neurological diseases and mental diseases, epileptic seizure, hemiplegia and aphasia, no history of other system tumors; with obvious abnormalities in heart.
