Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. maternal cesarean section under the combined spinal and epidural anesthesia, ASA I-II; 2. aged 18 to 40 years old; 3. body mass index = 32; 4. communication is normal, with certain learning ability; 5. Voluntary test and signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe respiratory and circulatory diseases: such as severe coronary heart disease, respiratory failure; 2. contraindications for spinal anesthesia; 3. combined with obvious liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. long-term drug abuse including chemotherapy drugs, analgesics, etc.; 5. nervous system diseases: such as severe cerebral hemorrhage or sequelae of cerebral infarction; 6. mental illness such as schizophrenia, depression, etc.
