Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) constipation in accordance with the above functional constipation criteria, intestinal qi stagnation type constipation; (2) Bristol stool typing for 1-3 grade patients; (3) one week before treatment, the patients had stopped using all drugs which had an effect on gastrointestinal motility; (4) there was no abnormality in stool routine and stool OB in the past one month; (5) signature of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Gastrointestinal organic diseases, such as gastrointestinal neoplasms, ulcerative colitis, systemic diseases involving gastrointestinal tract such as spinal cord injury, hypothyroidism, mechanical intestinal obstruction, etc.; (2) constipation caused by calcium channel antagonists, anticholinergic drugs and opiates; (3) combination of diseases of other life-threatening systems; (4) psychosis, depression, anorexia nervosa; (5) have had acute gastrointestinal disease or surgery in the last month.
