Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in UK and China in 2016; 2. Complying with the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease of the International Association for Dyskinesia in 2015; 3. There was no history of allergic reaction to idebenone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Severe cognitive impairment; 3. Severe mental illness; 4. Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and other organ severe failure 5. Pregnant women or pregnant women; 6. Allergic allergy history; 7. unable to cooperate with researchers; 8. Other serious complications; 9. Study subjects excluding dietary effects on uric acid levels; 10. Exclusion of hyperuricemia.
