Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical manifestations: asymptomatic lacunar cerebral infarction, CMB and partial white matter osteoporosis, various lacunar syndromes and vascular cognitive dysfunction;Imaging findings: lacunar infarction (LI) or lacune or white matter lesion (WML) or perivascular space enlargement or cerebral microhemorrhage (CMB); 2. Aged 50 years old and 80 years old; 3. MoCA scale score 10 to 26; 4. with education degree background above primary school; 5. TCM syndrome differentiation for kidney deficiency blood stasis type; 6. subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the DSM - ? standard diagnosis for other causes of dementia, such as senile dementia, mixed dementia patients; (2) patients with severe primary diseases who are unable to cooperate with the treatment; (3) secondary mental retardation caused by depression, schizophrenia or hysteria; (4) dementia caused by other non-vascular factors (such as tumor, central nervous system infection, etc.); (5) with cerebrovascular lesions or intracranial tumors were found by head MRI.
