Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pathological diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for gastric cancer; 2. patients with pathological stage II, IIIa or IIIb who have undergone radical surgery, within 3 months after surgery; 3. heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system function is basically normal; 4KPS score of 60 or more, aged between 18-75 years old; 5. estimated survival time of more than 6 months; 6. Sign the informed consent form. Volunteer to be tested. The process of obtaining informed consent should be in accordance with GCP regulations, with good compliance and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with metastatic gastric cancer; 2. histopathological or imaging examination has confirmed local recurrence or distant metastasis; 3. pregnant, lactating women; 4. with severe primary cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, hematological lesions; 5. those with severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases affecting their survival; 6. persons with disabilities prescribed by law (blind, deaf, dumb, mentally retarded, mentally handicapped, physically disabled); 7. suspected or indeed have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 8. According to the judgment of the researcher, other lesions with the possibility of reducing the enrollment or complicating the enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, may cause loss of follow-up; 9. allergies, such as those who have a history of allergies to two or more drugs or foods; or those who are known to be allergic to the ingredients; 10. patients who are participating in other drug clinical studies.
