B:0.375% ropivacaine 30ml was mixed with dexmedetomidine 1ug/kg for superficial anterior serratus block

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing selective thoracoscopic lobectomy in the department of thoracic surgery of our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 2. Male and female aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. ASA I-III; 4. Normal cognitive function; 5. Subjects will participate in the study voluntarily and have signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of chronic pain syndrome before surgery; 2. A prior history of mental or psychiatric illness; 3. Previous history of chest surgery; 4. Infection at the puncture site; 5. Communication difficulties; 6. Alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Evidence of serious cardiovascular, kidney, blood or liver disease; 8. Subjects refuse to participate in this study; 9. other analgesics were used within 1 week before inclusion.
