ropivacaine combined with dexamethasone:QLB with 0.375% ropivacaine 0.4 ml/kg and dexamethasone 10 mg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II, aged 18-65 years; 2. Elective laparoscopic partial or total renal resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to local anesthetics, inability to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scoring system or use patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump, severe cardiopulmonary disfunction,coagulopathy abnormalities, puncture site infection and body mass index (BMI) was greater than 32 kg/m2 or less than 18 kg/m2 and chronic opioid dependence and long-term use of various types of analgesics.
