Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-70 years old; 2. BMI 18.5-23.9; 3. ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of muscular, skeletal, neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Severe arrhythmia; 4. Alcohol abuse, illicit drugs; 5. Patient rejection; 6. systemic pain in the past month, analgesics.
