Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Respiratory rehabilitation department, neurological rehabilitation department clinic and hospitalized patients of Shanghai Fourth Rehabilitation Hospital, in line with the diagnostic criteria of "diagnosis points of various cerebrovascular diseases" adopted by the 4th national symposium on cerebrovascular diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in October 1995, and diagnosed as stroke by head CT or MR. The course of the disease includes patients with acute and chronic phases, with clear consciousness, and no sleep apnea syndrome or occasional snoring was diagnosed by history review before onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe condition after stroke or with consciousness disorder and failure to cooperate with the examination; with severe cognitive impairment cannot match the examiner; with serious mental illnesses other than depression and anxiety; having past or family history of mental disorders; with severe heart failure, lung failure, lung cancer or other serious physical diseases cannot cooperate with the examination.
