Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 70 years (2) Total burn area > 50% or deep II degree burn area =30%; (3) Successfully antishock (stable circulation, urine volume of 0.5-1ml/kg/h is the standard for successful resuscitation) (4) ASA III-IV (5) Patients who plan to have elective escharotomy and skin grafting; (6) Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease before burn; (2) Patients with severe inhalation injury; (3) Patients with severe internal organ injury; (4) Failure of femoral artery or central vein puncture; (5) The researchers concluded other factors that were not appropriate for clinical trials.
