Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative clinical diagnosis of unresectable primary malignant biliary obstructive jaundice patients 2) Aged 18-90 years old; 3) Clear consciousness and cooperation; 4) An Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0–3; 5) Expected survival more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with benign biliary obstruction; 2) Patients with resectable tumor; 3) ECOG performance status of 4; 4) Patients with any other preoperative anti-cancer therapy; 5) Patients with Immunosuppressive therapy within 30 days; 6) Placement of bile duct stent or bile duct drainage previously; 7) Patients with metastases; 8) Merging other malignant tumor; 9) Severe mental illness, severe heart, lungs and kidneys disease, etc; 10) Malignant obstructive jaundice by metastatic tumors; 11) Pregnant or lactating women.
