18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 18 and 75 years old; 2. undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 3. ASA I~II; 4. BMI<30; 5. the main organ functions are normal; 6. sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to any drugs involved in this trial; 2. the history of chronic pain; 3. Drug addiction and alcohol abuse; 4. Acute (chronic) alcoholism, history of neurological disease; 5. abuse of Opioids; 6. paralytic ileus; 7. Hypotension, hypothyroidism, asthma , and prostatic hypertrophy; 8. administration of monoamine oxidase inhibitors or antidepressants within 15 days; 9. patients who cannot express their wishes correctly; 10. Pregnant women, parturient women and women of reproductive age with positive pregnancy test; 11. participated in other clinical studies at the same time; without choledocholithiasis or other disease requiring surgical intervention; 12. with history of acute cholecystitis within two weeks; 13. with history of administration of narcotic analgesics within 2 weeks.
